All homeowners must register their bicycles with the Board.
Any unregistered bicycle left in the common storage area after 5:00 pm on September 5, 2020 will be disposed of or donated to Working Bikes, a charitable organization.
RESIDENTS MUST COME TO THE BIKE AREA IN THE NORTH GARAGE ON ONE OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS TO REGISTER YOUR BICYCLE(S):
Friday, September 4, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Saturday, September 5, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
The Board has installed hooks on the walls in our bike storage area. All bikes must be stored on a hook and can be secured by an owner supplied lock. There is no longer floor storage for bicycles.
The Association has limited space for bicycle storage so please be sure to hang your bikes back on the hooks after using them.
Reminder: Two bicycles can be stored along the wall in a Unit Owner’s parking space. The board will install a hook in the concrete wall so the bicycles can be secured by a chain and lock. The cost of installing the hook will be charged back to the Unit Owner. No Unit Owner or Resident is allowed to install their own hook.
