Barcelona Building 3 has updated our policy regarding mask requirements to be in line with the CDC, State of Illinois and Village of Skokie orders. The CDC, State of Illinois and Village of Skokie guidance ALL rely on people to be honest about their vaccination status. If you are vaccinated, it is your choice to wear a mask or not wear a mask. UNVACCINATED RESIDENTS ARE STILL REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS IN ALL COMMON AREAS OF OUR BUILDING. There are some residents who have pre-existing health conditions that prevent them from getting vaccinated and are still are great risk of contracting COVID. ALL GUESTS MUST CONTINUE TO WEAR MASKS. All members of the Board of Directors and our maintenance staff have been fully vaccinated and may choose to not wear a mask in common areas within the building.
